LeadGen Account Manager HotChalk

The Hotchalk Marketing department is looking for a results-driven, well-organized and resourceful Account Manager to join the dynamic team during an exciting phase of growth and opportunity. The position will report to the Director of LeadGen and will be responsible for the maintenance and growth of the Interstitial Ads and Email Channels.
Key Objectives for this role:
Build and maintain day-to-day relationships by working with vendors to ensure HotChalk is an essential partner for achieving their goals in monetization.
Provide impeccable customer service for all vendor relation issues. Manage process of vendors on-boarding, campaign set-up and ongoing account management with vendors.
Proactively engage vendors in order to find ways of improving campaign workflow, lowering discrepancies, and improving turnaround times.
Ensure that feedback is communicated in an organized manner to the correct departments with regard to product requirements and enhancements.
Proactively monitor campaigns with particular focus on initial campaign launches in order to ensure that vendors have properly deployed tracking.
Educate vendors on product feature updates and advertising opportunities, ensuring their marketing efforts reach their full potential through our marketing.
Guide vendors through the technical process of setting up a school campaign.
Act as the first line of the defense in troubleshooting technical issues.
Handle Monthly Tracking of Contracts, spend, and lead volume with vendors.
Identify new channel opportunities with Interstitial Ads, Email, etc.
The ideal candidate will have:
BA/BS or equivalent
At least 1 or 2 years of ad network, ad agency, or publishing experience (direct experience managing advertising relationships with online publishers is a major plus).
Must be proficient in Excel (formula knowledge is a major plus).
Outstanding customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting and analytic abilities.
