Leads Qualification Specialist Visible Technologies
Visible is seeking an experienced leads qualification specialist who will be responsible for driving sales qualified new business opportunities across all target segments. Process for qualifying leads will include: company/online research, outbound calling into online/campaign leads, email outreach to online/campaign leads, and organic outreach to target accounts. This role will work closely with marketing, sales operations, and field sales representatives.
The successful candidate will bring the following attributes to the position:
Productivity oriented: This is a telephone and email-based lead development role where metrics will be monitored closely. Successful candidates will be able to show success in achieving outcome and activity quotas.
Technology savvy: Candidate will be able to adeptly use marketing automation systems and CRM for activity tracking
Proactive: This role requires self-discipline. The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated to work with and influence internal stakeholders.
Pre-Sales focused: Candidate will understand and have experience with qualifying new opportunities and passing them along for sales closure activities.
Creative: Visible will look to this person for feedback on what marketing programs are working and those than can be adjusted for improvement.
Develop and execute follow-up strategies for targets that are engaged through marketing programs.
Direct interaction with Salesforce.com and Marketo systems for lead management and maintenance activities.
Assist sales team in closing process as appropriate (Proposal development, etc)
Work with marketing to develop marketing campaigns targeted to specific industries and business needs.
Master knowledge of our customer solutions.
Online forum and specific site monitoring for lead opportunities
Timely follow up on web form lead opportunities
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of proven lead development experience in a fast paced environment.
Experience in developing campaign strategies, value statements for the target market, and related content.
A strong understanding and proven experience using SalesForce.Com. Marketo experience desirable.
