Accolade plans to continue to grow to meet the needs of the growing customer base. Accolade?s Learning Center strives to provide our employees with the development tools they need to be successful. A structured Learning and Development (L&D) function with good processes can support learning needs of employees and support leaders in addressing the development needs of employees and leaders.
Lead the Learning team in delivery of high quality learning experiences and initiatives for all employees.
Lead a team of three learning specialists and several Accolade Health Assistants on rotational assignment to support the development of our employees.
Effectively engage Accolade faculty to be part of a unique learning experience that is intrinsic to our success.
Responsible for the operation of Accolade?s Learning center with excellent processes and project management that leads the culture in effective operating rhythms and communication.
Manage a highly organized cohesive new hire learning and development process in partnership with Accolade?s Learning Faculty, SMEs, Recruiting and Operations.
Partner with leadership to identify learning needs throughout the company and plan on implementing in partnership with the design team according to priorities set.
Manage and Implement clear processes and schedules for goal setting, identifying and addressing organizational development needs and easy to use review processes and systems.
Champion a rich feedback culture that is transparent and successful in open feedback received with the appreciation of its good intentions.
Learn the role of the Accolade Health Assistant to effectively fit our learning experiences into our model.
Create an instructor preparation and evaluation program.
10 years of progressive experience.
Robust learning delivery experience.
Curriculum design experience a plus.
Demonstrated ability to perform in a business integration role.
Demonstrated ability to produce high quality deliverables.
Experience managing people and teams in a dynamic environment.
Required excellent leadership, communication and presentation abilities and analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities.
Passion, skill and cultural alignment with Accolade?s purpose and learning model.
Familiarity with SumTotal?s LMS: Learning Maestro preferred
