We are looking for a Learning Coordinator to provide administrative support and assistance in delivering learning product services and offerings to members. This is a full-time, FLSA-exempt position that will report to the Director of Member Services.
This position is located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
Essential functions:
Provide client-friendly service that delivers on member needs and provides excellent customer service
Maintain accurate records in member database including contact information, status, lead contact, activity history, etc.
Track member engagement in membership activities, including executive councils, research, networking events, etc.
Provide up-to-date research for members in various forms, including reports, inquiries, and articles, as needed
Provide reports on membership, as needed
Facilitate member-to-member connections based on member needs and topics of interest
Schedule member touch-base meetings; collect and analyze meeting notes for common themes and challenges
Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person membership networking events, including agendas, materials, room set up/scheduling, technology requirements, etc.
Answer member questions through the member analyst inquiry process using a variety of formats, including member-to-member connections, existing research, or by conducting an external sweep of industry resources
Manage the company webinar process, including scheduling speakers, coaching speakers on content focus, writing marketing descriptions, etc.
Update and track research calendar delivery monthly, quarterly, and annually
Provide marketing group with materials needed to communicate membership news, successes, and activities
Respond to or refer inquiries from members, as appropriate
Perform other duties as required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of Human Performance Improvement as a discipline, as well as familiarity of the work of those who are its primary leaders and thinkers
A working knowledge of organization technology and personal computer skills, including the use of e-mail, Internet, and Microsoft Office software
Ability to establish and maintain organizational relationships with a diverse group of people
Ability to effectively communicate ? both orally and in writing ? with members and coworkers
Ability to be held to the highest standards of objectivity, fairness, and integrity to clients and associates
Ability to establish priorities, balance workload, meet deadlines, and work independently
Demonstrated initiative and attention to detail
Intellectual curiosity and a strong willingness to learn
Basic office equipment skills
Education, Credentials and Experience:
Undergraduate degree required, preferably with some coursework in learning, human resource management, or communication
One to two years of work experience requiring use of organizational skills, customer service expertise, training and computer software competencies
