Learning, Development & Training Coordinator TubeMogul
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We?re seeking a talented Learning, Development & Training Coordinator here at TubeMogul to roll out company-wide and department specific opportunities for growth and development. This person will oversee and manage the logistics, operations and marketing of this program globally. Responsibilities include all aspects of the instructional design process, including needs assessment, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This is an incredible opportunity to work across all departments, get to know internal subject matter experts, and build a critical function in a fast growing company.
Provide leadership to business partners in assessing, designing and delivering SME content to effect onboarding, improved ramp, career development, and general learning.
Build and roll-out the global employee training function here at TubeMogul
Oversee logistics and coordination of all corporate and departmental training programs including online and instructor-led events
Develop master calendar of upcoming events, lunch and learns, guest speakers and internal subject matter expert presentations
Create training materials to support multiple delivery formats including self-study, eLearning, classroom and on-the-job training.
Work with the HR and Sales Leaders to build out training schedules that parallel the new hire onboarding of sales associates globally
Research and utilize online tools and platforms to implement training programs globally
Drive the adoption and utilization of training materials and courseware to all Mogulers.
Ensure visibility and marketing of offerings to all employees
Recommend and assist with content updates and revisions of course offerings
Manage external vendor relationships including soliciting bids, monitoring spending, editing, printing, and distributing materials.
Bachelor?s degree required, advanced degree preferred
3-5+ years of work experience with solid career progression
2+ years of work experience specific to learning & development or training.
Experience with collaboration tools including LiveMeeting, Webex, Join.us, etc
Experience administering online training tools including Video CMS
Project management skills; able to juggle multiple plates, projects and balance competing priorities
Previous work in a corporate learning function
Superior written and oral communication skills
Group facilitation and presentation skills
Willingness to travel
