We are looking for a Learning Leader to assist the Learning Solutions group with the design, development, and delivery of learning products and services to our customers. You will use your business acumen and analytical skills to translate business needs and desired outcomes into fully produced learning solutions, working in conjunction with Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, Academic Faculty, and the CorpU creative team.
In this position, you wear several hats: Project Manager, Facilitator, Diagnostician, Designer
This is a full time position based in Mechanicsburg, PA or Philadelphia, PA that will report to the VP of Learning Solutions (in Mechanicsburg). There may be travel to the customer sites as required. Interoffice travel is expected.
Provide client-friendly service that delivers on customer needs, including responding to or referring customer requests, analyzing data, and advising internal team on suggestions and/or requirements
Manage all phases of the project, including organizing work flow, assigning and following up on tasks, scheduling CorpU/Client touch-base meetings using virtual meeting technologies
Consult with creative team to create appropriate Guided Learning Journey course materials via a variety of media
Work with video production crew to design, develop, and deliver custom program content
Interact with platform team to design and develop transparent Virtual Learning Community (delivery mechanism) for customer change effort
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Preferred experience with building learning solutions ? course design but not traditional ISD
Flexible, agile, demonstrated initiative and independence
Attention to detail, yet also a pragmatist ? can connect the big picture to business results
Intellectually curious, a massive fast learner
Expertise with managing projects: establishing priorities, organizing others, facilitating meetings, balancing workload, tracking & reporting, meeting deadlines.
Customer orientation: skilled at establishing & maintaining organizational relationships with a diverse group of people
Business acumen, can analyze data; an MBA a plus
Knowledge of learning management and leadership development disciplines, as well as content management systems
A working knowledge of organization technology and computer skills, including the use of e-mail, Internet, project management software, virtual meeting technology, and MS Excel
"System savviness?, i.e. the ability to get into a system/platform, quickly assess how it works, seek out and leverage existing experts (troubleshoot, get answers you need)
Experience with video production a plus
