Primary Responsibilities:
Administer a broad range of commercial contracts, with a focus on clinical trial agreements with research institutions around the world
Carry out administrative tasks related to contracts, including formatting, tracking, scanning, uploading and storing
Work as member of legal team and advise sales, finance, professional services and other departments globally regarding contract terms and status
Maintain and enhance contracts database
Provide regular reporting on contract status
Contact and work with local counsel for international contract development
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree
1-3 years experience in a legal support function or administering contracts;
Demonstrated understanding of efficient administration and automation of contracts processes
Strong writing and verbal skills
Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating a collegial and productive manner
Can quickly build effective relationships with clients and others at all levels throughout the organization, providing top-quality advice and service on a timely basis
Must be a self-starter who works well independently, but knows when to seek input or ask for guidance
Able to allocate time and resources efficiently, focusing on ever-shifting priorities;
International experience a plus; and meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills a necessity
