The Customer Product Support Specialist is a customer support role taking inbound calls to troubleshoot technical problems related to how our Customer uses our software tools. The position involves working on the phone and assisting customers.
?Proactively manage client data integrations and conversions
?Provide software support/technical assistance to client users
?Effectively communicate with customer during integration activities
?Accurately input and maintain customer and activity log using CRM tool
?Identify system wide problems and outages and communicate solutions to the support and leadership teams
?Interfaces with customer?s multiple vendors and platforms to ensure seamless data flow, proactively identifies and resolves data issues
?Identifies new support processes, documents and communicates processes using knowledge database
?Strong experience utilizing communication skills to quickly assist customers in resolving issues.
The qualified candidate will have the above experience and meet the below requirements.
Bachelor or Associate degree with a focus in Information Technology or Computer Information Systems and programming or applicable 4 years of related work experience
Demonstrated track record of working with relational databases
Experience w/ SQL
Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM software
Analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent telephone, verbal and communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task, execute and deliver on time
Accepts and manages projects and directives with minimal supervision
Hands-on technical experience a plus
