Level IV Support Tech - vAuto-131339 vAuto
This position is the responsible for researching and trouble-shooting issues while acting as the key liaison between the support and development teams. This position will be a technical leader and product knowledge expert of the vAuto products.
?Perform in-depth, back-end, troubleshooting.
?Work closely with the vAuto development team on support requests.
?Share product solutions/resolutions/fixes to technical functionality issues with the support team.
?Follow and execute tasks in accordance with operational processes and guidelines.
?Advanced knowledge of SQL required (Oracle specific a plus).
?C# knowledge is a plus
?Must have experience/background in highly complex, technical problem solving.
?Must possess bachelor?s degree or corresponding job experience.
?Must possess excellent technical problem solving skills.
?Must have the ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
?Must have a strong customer service focus
?Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
