Licensee Sales Representative Time+Plus
Job DescriptionResponsibilities include prospect to close new business deals by coordinating requirements and positioning product and solutions offerings to market needs. You will assist in developing strategies and unique selling positions by studying company strategies and operations, examining competitive offerings and evaluating partners? needs and goals. Create or customize client presentations using available templates and presentation tools (MS PowerPoint, screen captures). Continuously improve knowledge of product offerings (core and new). Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations. Accountable for individual sales goals achieved through industry penetration, marketing campaigns, networking goals and tradeshow attendance. Complete required contracts and paperwork for order submission following established company policies.
Job RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Four to six years of outstanding history of proven sales experience and a Bachelor?s Degree in the Business field. An outgoing, professional, open-minded and positive attitude is a must. High energy personality; relationship skills, prospecting skills and closing skills; market knowledge; business to business sales experience; written and oral communication and presentation skills; ability to multi-task and problem solve; strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
