We are currently seeking candidates for our Enterprise Alert Group (EAG) with a background in troubleshooting and support on Linux OS servers, network systems, and proprietary applications.
3+ years of systems administration experience in Linux (Debian and CentOS a plus)
System monitoring of servers and networks
Intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP, NAT, routing, firewalls, VLAN?s and subnetting
Scripting experience (BASH, Perl, Python)
Ability to create and follow process documentation
Experience with incident management tracking systems
Must be flexible and able to work midnights, weekends, holidays, and on call if necessary
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with iptables, tcpdump, WireShark, NMAP, Nessus, and Nagios
Able to troubleshoot layer one/two issues and router configurations
Experience with VMware, or other virtualization technologies
ITIL v3 Foundations Certified
