As a Redfin Listing Specialist, your job is pretty simple: delight your customers. You won't be thrown to the wolves, cold-calling sellers in a dog-eat-dog world. You'll be working within an area, as a full-time employee with benefits and a career. And, you'll get plenty of clients ? from customers that are touring as well as those that go on our website and request your service by checking out your profile on our website. What You'll Do
Respond to all listing requests submitted via the listing wizard
Schedule, meet and conduct the listing presentation with potential sellers
Coordinate with a local agent for local expertise when needed
Develop a feedback system for each customer in conjunction with co-agent
Work with customers on all strategies for staging, pricing and marketing
Train Agents and Field Agents on conducting open houses and best practices
Negotiate with Selling Agent
Source new business
Plan and host home selling classes once a month
Coordinate the ordering and maintenance of all listing supplies
Requirements
Experienced: you're a licensed agent with ten deals under your belt, two over the last 12 months
Open: Redfin sends your past year's clients our customer-satisfaction survey; you must get a 70% NPS score. For people we hire, we publish the results on your profile.
Smart: you probably have a college degree and certainly can communicate clearly and write well.
Ethical: you live by our values already, and do the right thing- always.
