In addition to LRN?s standard Customer Services, LRN will provide partners with a Program Coordinator. The successful Program Coordinator exemplifies patience, a proactive approach, initiative and readily shares ideas with the team. The role provides the following types of Program Administrative Services, as applicable:
?User Management ? adding new hires to the platform, deactivating and reactivating employees
?Site Customization ? tailoring the Partner?s site on the platform to reflect the Partner?s unique messaging and branding, using self-administration tools available in the platform
?Module Customization ? using the self-administration tools in the platform to change text, add or delete screens
?Communication/Campaign Management ? to notify and remind the Partner?s colleagues about courses or certifications that are mandatory or recommended to complete
?Reporting ? creating and customizing reports using the self-administration tools within the platform
?Help Desk Support to End Users, specific to the Education Platform
?Ability to live and model LRN?s core values in all behaviors and interactions with other LRN colleagues, Partners, and others
?Passion and connection with a mission driven, values based organization
?5+ years providing business service, to either internal or external clients
?Ideally, experience using a learning management system, human resource information system, or complex reporting application
?Exceptional relationship management skills
?Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines with large or multiple project teams
?Proven experience trouble-shooting in a high pressure and technical environment
?Advanced end-user application skills, such as MS Project or PowerPoint
Colleague can be remote or based in NY or LA office. Preference is to have colleague based in the mid-west.
