LNG/CNG - Technical Expert Cambric
We need a technical resource that could develop a Center of Excellence that would encompass the overall packaging of the LNG/CNG fuel system.
While both are stored forms of natural gas, the key difference is that CNG is gas that is stored (as a gas) at high pressure, while LNG is stored at very low temperature, becoming liquid in the process, it changes back to a gas when warmed up or depressurized..
Duties:
Implementing LNG/CNG/DGB powered engines in the next few years,
Help form a group that can help implement the portable version of this, need a team that can design a fuel tank (pressurized vessel), the plumbing, metering and delivery of the LNG/CNG.
Understand the challenges with this and the ability to make a safe system
Requirements:
Understands the storage tanks, and metering of the liquid - which evaporates into a gas, basically someone that can provide the knowledge of how to develop this type of storage system.
Experienced with DNG, APCI, NFPA-52, LPG, cryogenic sea vessels (LNG carriers) or cryogenic semi-truck tankers, Pressure vessels
