Job Description
He confirmed that he is looking for a strong PM with Loan IQ (LS2) knowledge, experience with STP and Market Clearing for loans.
The prioritization of skills is as follows:
1. Must be a strong PM and communicator. Will have to interface with the offshore development and support teams in Bangalore and be responsible for development, testing, QA scheduling and task management. Therefore communication skills are paramount. This would include the ability to be conversant in BRD?s and technical specs.
2. Must be a business architect and capable of developing business solutions and the representation of those in terms of developing BRD?s and solutioining around gaps.
3. Would be familiar with Loan Servicing and the basic functionality of Loan IQ. I suspect that if we found someone with similar applications skills (ACBS), this would be OK.
He is not looking for great technical capabilities (e.g. knowledge of development languages, API?s, Database, etc.), so an Anup lookalike is going the wrong way.
