Localization Project Manager (Translation Projects). Manage German and Spanish linguistics for translations projects, develop and implement project plans relating to translation and localization of large documents. Create workflows based on individual client projects. Establish and maintain strategic contact with international client base. Create estimates and translation and localization project schedules. Enhance linguistics operations and product workflows by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution and inventory. Contract and supervise internal and external staff to comply with project deadlines and ensure quality. Manage audio localization group and projects. Create invoices and purchase orders for projects based on budget, projected cost analysis, margins and resource allocation. MBA or related field, or, alternatively, B.S. degree plus 5 years of experience in localization services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SDL Trados, Adobe Audition, LibreOffice, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Audition), Beyond Compare, Rename, Online Software. German and Spanish language proficiency. Background in project planning, managing, implementation and oversight in translation and localization. Job located in Lehi, UT.
