Locations Account Executive Zoom Systems
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Locations Account Executive is responsible for identifying the physical locations where our ZoomShops are installed, conveying the benefits of these locations to our customers, and negotiating the terms for the associated leases. This particular position will focus on high traffic transportation locations, primarily airports.
Identify optimal airport and other transportation locations, relying on a combination of data and in-person site visits.
Prepare, manage and keep current a pipeline of potential locations.
Working with the head of the locations team and our project services team, develop and maintain an accurate forecast of machine installations.
Work closely with our customers to explain the attributes and benefits of the proposed locations, both verbally, in-person (during site visits) and via professional and polished PowerPoint decks.
Communicate the value of the ZoomShop concept to our location partners, negotiate the lease terms, and work with ZoomSystems legal department to review and finalize the lease agreements.
Manage and oversee lease renewals.
Create accurate and precise site survey documents for potential ZoomShop locations.
Coordinate between teams as it relates to project execution. Interface between sales, operations and contracts administration.
Ensure that all locations-related data on Salesforce.com it is at all times current and accurate.
3+ years of sales experience, including track record of carrying and meeting quotas.
Experience in real estate leasing and/or airport concessions a plus, but not a requirement.
?Power users? of Salesforce.com preferred.
Willingness to travel (estimated 50-75%).
Residence in San Francisco Bay Area a plus, but not a requirement.
BA / BS degree.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
