Description
Manage day-to-day shipping/receiving activities for the Technical Support department including packaging, shipping, and shipping document generation.
Complete Salesforce and ERP system transactions.
Maintain small spare parts and tool inventories at location and in the field.
Manage the RMA (Return Material Authorization) process within Tech Support.
Communicate closely with freight companies regarding shipping delivery times.
Support Technical Support and Shipping Teams as needed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Education and Experience:
HS, or APICS certification, and minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics, shipping & receiving, and/or inventory management.
Additional experience with Tech Support or Customer Support a plus.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Excel and other Microsoft Office skills a must.
Experience with Salesforce and/or ERP systems a plus.
