THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Logistics & Service Manager is responsible for supporting and developing systems and policies for logistics and employee concierge services. The programs, systems and policies that are developed should add not only lead to more efficient operations, but to the work/life balance for employees. This position will support the Real Estate & Facilities management team.

Collaborate with all internal departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, including asset management, tracking, and accounting
Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process
Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational policies and procedures
Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols with Safety and Security Manager
Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork with demonstration of the ability to lead, coach, and manage staff
Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, and customer service logs
Negotiates with suppliers to improve shipping efficiency and pricing
Recommend purchase of new or improved technology, such as automated systems
Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.
Develop plans or set goals to reduce carbon emissions associated with storage or transport activities.
Manages and assists others with the asset process from procurement to receipt of goods, to processing with Finance
Assists with general facilities tasks, including event set-up and room organization
Highly capable at managing budgets and tracking invoices for approval
Negotiates all logistics-related vendor contracts
Develop and maintains the luggage valet program for extensive number of visitors who travel in and out of HQ
Create meaningful, value-added programs to enhance the level of in-house service to customers
Manages all parking passes
Champion and creates a customer-focused environment in which excellent service is provided to all Customers
Build trusting relationships and remove departmental barriers that impede results
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years? experience demonstrating an ability to develop and implement a comprehensive Logistics program, preferably in a similar office setting
Ability to work in SAP or Oracle preferred
Ability to analyze and effectively communicate the solutions of problems from both a quantitative and qualitative standpoint.
Self-directed, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to execute tasks in an efficient and timely manner
Knows how to lead with inclusion and collaboration
Extremely organized and driven to create systems, establish structure, and manage the process and outcome
Effective and positive, with an ability to clearly set expectations, train, and promote teamwork
