JOB DESCRIPTION
This associate?s primary role is to assist in all functions relating to the inventory, distribution and analysis of our retail products. This will include but is not limited to; retail product inventory analysis, inventory counting, answering help desk questions on products, distribution of products, and other special projects. This individual will also need to be prepared to help with the other needs and functions of the logistics department which may include, answering service calls, new center openings and corporate presence.
Essential Duties/Functions:
?Must demonstrate the ability to follow a task or request from initial start point to final solution.
?The associate must demonstrate strong attention to detail.
?The associate must be able to track and report data in a manner that is clear and precise.
?The associate must be able to adapt to change and be able to make logical decisions in a quick and timely manner.
?The associate must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time and stay at a single location for up to two weeks.
?The associate must be able to professionally analyze various invoices and processes simultaneously.
Additional Duties/Functions:
This associate?s main areas of focus will be:
?Retail product inventory analysis-This includes working with the Client on inventory levels, handle invoices, verify orders, verify inventory counts and track shrinkage. This will also include working on the Logistical help desk and answer the request of existing centers to ensure that all centers are up to par and are meeting the Ideal Image brand standards.
?Retail Product Inventory Support-This includes assisting the logistical team in answering help desk tickets with questions on the retail products and inventory procedures. This individual will help support these request with other team members for over 100 locations throughout the U.S. They must report adjustments to the Logistics Manager.
?Center product audits-This would include traveling and staying on site at a center or cluster of centers, to do a physical count and verify levels.
?Special Project coordination- This includes assisting the logistical team in executing renovations to existing centers, and roll outs of new products, policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience:
?One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
?Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
?Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
?Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
