GreatCall markets services and applications that help people using mobile devices to stay connected, safe and healthy. These channels include traditional channels in our core ?connectivity? business, with its flagship product, the Jitterbug cell phone, as well as new channels on non-GreatCall handsets through partnerships with carriers, apps stores, and healthcare companies.
About the Team
This team works closely with all departments at GreatCall (Customer Operations, SWDEV/SQA, Sales and Billing Ops) and outside vendors and manufactures. Their main responsibilities include supporting customer products, order processing, technical support, internal product testing, and shipping and receiving duties.
About the Job
This position is responsible for providing various support needs in the daily activities of the Product Support Center, which include resolution of issues related to the accurate and timely processing of daily in house customer product orders, kitting of GreatCall products, shipping & receiving functions, and logging proper task complete documentation as required to update actions in Greatcall systems.
Support the fulfilling of accessory orders.
Supporting kitting of GreatCall product.
Supporting GreatCall Product Support Center basic day to day activities.
Supporting Product Support Center inventory tracking, ordering, basic audits, and reconciliation.
Support shipping and receiving activities.
Education: High School Diploma
Minimum 6 months relevant work experience in a subscriber product role using basic Microsoft PC Tools
Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience supporting Customer Care systems
Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics based environment
Education: Associates Degree
1 year of experience in logistics/QA/QC based environment within Telecommunication field
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
Self starter, driven, hands on, flexible, and excellent teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, staff, and employees
