About the Team
This team works closely with all departments at GreatCall (Customer Operations, SWDEV/SQA, Sales and Billing Ops) and outside vendors and manufactures. Their main responsibilities include supporting customer products, order processing, technical support, internal product testing, and shipping and receiving duties.
About the Job
This position is responsible for providing various support needs in the daily activities of the Product Support Center, which include resolution of issues related to the accurate and timely processing of tech support, phone replacements & swaps, reporting, shipping & receiving functions to include proper documentation as required to update and or log actions completed.
Responsibilities
Supporting GreatCall Product Support Center day to day activities
Supporting Product Support Center inventory tracking, Reporting, ordering, audits, and reconciliation
Support shipping and receiving activities
Supporting Cost Guard data monitoring and support related to assigned escalations
Monitor order processing
Develop understanding of order processing exceptions
Support processes for researching and correcting Cost Guard exceptions
Support daily tech support modification requests from Call Center (cancellations, address updates, rerouting)
Support for resolving elevated escalations from customers and GreatCall staff regarding Product Support Center shipping & receiving issues
New product launch support includes system setup, BOM?s, testing, and processing documents
Product warranty support
GreatCall engineering support
Marketing programs and project support
Basic Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma
Minimum 1 year relevant work experience in a subscriber product or network telecom role using basic Microsoft PC Tools
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience supporting Customer Care systems
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics/QA/QC based environment within Telecommunication field
Desired Qualifications
Education: Associates Degree
2 years of experience in logistics/QA/QC based environment within Telecommunication field
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
Self starter, driven, hands on, flexible, and excellent teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, staff, and employees
