This role is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Rep looking to move into Inside Sales.
A LucidWorks Sales Development Representative will be responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management, with the goal of qualifying prospects from lead status into the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a phone based sales environment talking with key decision makers to uncover and qualify sales opportunities

Primary responsibility is to generate and qualify sales opportunities for LucidWorks in North America thru the following activities:
Cold calling into target accounts
Following up on Marketing generated leads (tradeshows, webinars, White Papers)
Developing industry specific scripts and email templates
1-3 years of Inside Sales experience (Technology industry preferred, but not required)
Must be able to work in a team environment while maintaining independence
Bachelor?s degree preferred, but not required
Heavy cold calling experience (60 calls/day or higher)
Experience using Salesforce.com and Marketo
Demonstrated success in account penetration thru the use of email; candidate will need to present samples
Experience creating a blueprint for developing opportunities within a specific geographic region
Demonstrated ability to overcome objections; candidate will need to come prepared to engage interviewer in a mock scenario
