Mac OSX Desktop and System Administrator iParadigms
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED iParadigms, LLC. is looking for an experienced Mac OS X desktop and system administrator who will work within our corporate IT group. Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, this position works closely with the Local IT and Operation teams in the US and our UK, to ensure all internal clients? needs are processed accurately and efficiently. We want someone who can work with little supervision and be a self-starter.
Performs preventive and on-demand maintenance on a variety of client Mac and Window systems.
Be responsible for ensuring customers? computer issues are resolved in a timely manner. May escalate issues to other service groups.
Participates as a member on project teams performing a variety of computer related activities.
Supports end users via, remote desk-side assistance, telephone and email
Provides resolution to technical or application issues reported by customers or management.
Responds to customer issues with status, and resolution. Documents, and maintains support records of customer interaction for the knowledge base in ticketing system.
Tracks the issues and acts as liaison between IT Desktop Engineering, operations team and related departments in order to resolve issues.
3-5+ years? experience and knowledge of Casper Suite deploying, imaging and policy configuration for OS X and iOS.
3-5+ years of Mac OS X desktop experience supporting end users and desktop applications
2-4 years of experience with Windows 7 and with imaging tools
2-4 years of experience with productivity and collaboration tools, google apps, MS Office and video conferencing.
1-2 years of experience with mobile iOS and Android devices
Experienced in managing system accounts in Active Directory
Experience with SCCM 2012 a plus
Ability to work independently and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
Has strong technical aptitude
Possesses networking, computing and A/V knowledge in a corporate environment
Have exceptional troubleshooting skills
Strong ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, including previous work with a geographically distributed team.
Must have organizational, planning, problem-solving skills.
Possesses excellent attention to details
Possesses a strong ability to interact with users providing excellent customer service to all levels of internal customer
Ability to lift up to 60lbs
BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience in related field.
