Machine Maintenance Mechanic Corium International
Major ResponsibilitiesProvide technical machine maintenance and leadership support to overall reliability of manufacturing equipment.
Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
Provide expertise and guidance for equipment modifications, repairs, upgrades, and start-up of new equipment and systems
Provide analysis to technical problems including evaluating and solving equipment and systems' problems.
Propose changes to improve process efficiency.
Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of production and facility equipment.
Prepare GMP, equipment and facility documentation, operating procedures, and maintenance procedures.
Handle off-hour call-in and on-call support on a periodic basis.
Perform other duties as assigned or needed
Position Requirements
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in machine repair and manufacturing environments.
Must have knowledge of machining and assembly practices.
Hands on high level troubleshooting skills.
Analytical and problem-resolution ability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong team player.
Working knowledge of machine electrical components and electrical drawings.
HVAC and GMP experience a plus.
