JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary of Functions:
Due to continued growth we are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor on 2nd Shift for our Memphis based facility. Flexibility to move to a 3rd shift may be required.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring all facilities and equipment are properly maintained in good, safe working order. He /she will perform necessary preventative maintenance on a timely basis with corresponding record keeping and oversee all aspects of maintenance program including directing a team of Maintenance Technicians and Assistants. He/she will also manage supply of spare parts inventory.
Experience/Education Requirements:
A minimum of three (3) years experience is required as a multi-craft technician for this position.
Previous supervisory skills are required.
Certifications in various fields of electrical work,conveyance, and other technical areas are preferred.
An Associates and/or Bachelors degree is preferred
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
An ability to write routine reports and correspondence is necessary.
The ability to speak professionally and effectively before a group of customers or employees of organization is required
