Maintenance Team Lead DIRTT Environmental Solutions
As the Maintenance Team Lead you will work with the Maintenance team and various other departments to ensure the factory equipment is operating safely and efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
?Knowledge of design and construction of industrial equipment
?Extensive work with CNC machines
?Execute regular preventative maintenance and safety inspections on shop equipment
?Responsible for the electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs on all production equipment. Must be able to work after hours and in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
?Read and interpret electrical diagrams
?Maintain a clean safe work environment
?Work closely with others on the team to help develop new skills and knowledge
?Trouble shooting, knowledgeable and repair of electrical controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, bearing, gearboxes, fans and conveyors
?Communication within the team as well as the organization
?Implementation of new machines and maintenance programs for those machines
?Tracking and logging maintenance and repairs to machinery
?Participate in maintenance planning meetings
?Experience with fom, biesse, selco and andi machinery
?Procurement and inventory control
?Comply with and implement Safety and Health regulations in the workplace
?After hours on call responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
?Millwright
?4 years plus in mechanical engineering
?Mechanical experience with a working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding and machining
?3 years technical experience with CNC, wood working and metal equipment
?Mechanically minded and safety conscious
?Must be flexible to working overtime
?Excellent people and organizational skills
?Ability to think logically, analytically and solve problems
?Ability to work with daily/monthly deadlines and time constraints on an ongoing basis
?Excellent computer skills
