Major Account Manager - Channel Sales SunRun

Set and exceed sales plan for a few of Sunrun?s national partners; drive significant growth in support of company?s overall sales plan;
Develop and execute market and partner strategy to drive revenue and market share that supports Sunrun?s and our partners mutual goals;
Regular and accurate forecasting;
Maintain great executive relationships with top partners in region;
Develop Sunrun product and company expertise and have a strong knowledge of the residential solar industry.
Work with regional market managers and other key sales team members to achieve sales goals and market expansion requirements.
Work Cross Functionally with an internal team that includes sales management, marketing, customer service, operations and finance to ensure a best in class partner experience.
Represent Sunrun in all executive meetings, communications and manage day-to-day business issues.
Build, manage and support Channel Partners? sales expertise and sales volume.
5+ years of sales and sales leadership experience, preferably in an indirect/channel sales environment;
Driven, successful sales leader?hits the numbers
Experience in business to consumer selling environments is a definite advantage
Possess an understanding of business economics with demonstrated ability to assess a partner?s business and jointly develop successful strategies that positively impacts all aspects of the partner?s P&L
Knowledge of and experience with a broad spectrum of sales methodologies and practices
Ability to be successful in an environment of continuous improvements and stretch targets
Experience working successfully with C-level executives
Negotiation and closing of ?high stakes? contracts
Loves the challenge of disrupting a big industry
