About the Position:Trulia's Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing content and educational marketing programs. You will be expected to develop new concepts, execute campaigns and measure their overall effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have marketing background with impeccable communication skills and a track record of executing innovative marketing programs with measurable results.
Responsibilities- Help make Trulia the #1 technology partner and marketing channel for real estate agents & brokers.
- Define, develop and deliver content marketing programs to drive user engagement via presentations, email newsletters, blogs, articles, handouts, white papers, customer case studies, videos, podcasts and webinars.
- Understand, analyze and develop content solutions to meet real estate professionals' needs.
- Act as a Trulia Ambassador on social networks, forums and blogs.
Requirements- Strong writing skills with ability to stay on deadline and write daily content including blogs, articles, handouts, white papers, videos, podcasts and webinars.
- Exceptional research, copywriting and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with trends in technology, online marketing, lead generation, social media and mobile.
- Experience in coordinating multiple, time sensitive projects and activities simultaneously. Strong organization skills essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Wordpress, Photoshop, and Screenflow software.
- High levels of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, flexibility, good humor, and commitment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
