Summary
This position will be tasked with increasing the sales closing ratio by actively working to organize sales training and communication amongst in-house brokers and introducing brokers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate sales efforts for both CTA and Client offerings for managed futures.
Organize marketing efforts with CTA?s to post, organize, and create marketing content for website.
Understand the CTA Allocation process to ensure that procedures are effectively communicated and priced in the CTA sales cycle.
Communicate performance and CTA offerings with sales entities
Continue and further develop an educational and training program to introduce brokers to new CTAs and their methods of trading.
Coordinate and/or write webinars for both CTAs and Clients.
Monitor calls with sales team and assist in managed futures sales calls.
Work with the sales coordinator and brokers to ensure that they are utilizing the CRM properly based on sales manual.
Maintain updated information on managed futures offerings
Work with marketing to coordinate and develop the sales process for campaigns and marketing materials as it pertains to managed futures.
Update email templates.
Work with web developer to monitor website and ensure that the managed futures pages are accurate.
Qualifications
Sales experience required
Candidate must be detail Oriented
Bachelor Degree preferred
Series 3 licensed
Prior experience in managed futures required with depth of knowledge in CTA analysis
Planning/organizing ? candidate must be able to prioritize and plan work activities and use his/her time efficiently.
Problem solving ? candidate must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully and maintains confidentiality.
Quality control ? candidate must be able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitor own work to ensure quality.
Adaptability ? candidate must be able to adapt to change in the work environment and manage competing demands. Must be able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
