Managed Services to key Enterprise customers in the Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare and Financial

MegaPath is looking for an experienced Enterprise National Account Manager based in the Atlanta
Region. This is a "Hunter" position responsible for bringing in new Managed Services Enterprise Business
customers in the region. You will drive the new sales efforts into assigned large Enterprise named
accounts as well as the account planning process to ensure MegaPath meets the expectations and needs
of those customers as well as the strategic company objectives and Sales targets. This motivated
individual understands, presents and effectively sells Unified Communications (UC), Hosted Voice,
Wireless, Data Networking, Security and Managed Network Services.
Key Job Responsibilities:
? Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned National
? Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and
management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers?
? Coordinates company executive involvement with customer.
? Establish and maintain a working knowledge of current and new products and services across
the MegaPath product range, keep up to date with new features and releases.
? Work both directly with prospects and also in conjunction with partners on referred leads from
the channel partner program to close sales.
? Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the
involvement of all necessary company personnel.
? Lead qualification, customer needs assessment, and closing of identified opportunities.
? Maintain a strong sales funnel with multiple opportunities throughout the sales cycle each
? Prepare quotes and proposals and make presentations to customers.
? Accurately forecast opportunities and log activities on a daily basis in the sales funnel in
Key Accountabilities & Performance Measures:
? Meets assigned Sales targets strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
? Meet target activity levels for calls, meetings, quotes and new opportunities added to the sales
funnel each month.
? Drives strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
? Drives strategic customer account planning process that meets company standards.
Desired Skills and Experience:
? Minimum 5-8 years Telecommunications/Technical Sales Experience Required.
? Successful track record of exceeding Quota.
? Proficient at planning and executing account strategies and maintaining effective long-term
business relationships with key decision makers.
? Expertise in building business cases, positioning them internally and externally for top decision
? While position is primarily based in Atlanta, candidates must have the ability to travel up to
? Confirmed, consistent, sales performance in the distributed enterprise data/telecom and UC
fields with strong technical skills in networking, security, applications, data communications,
networking, applications, internet industry, including competitive knowledge from an industry
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a compelling and professional sales
? Proven ability to work effectively and successful from a home office environment with minimum
? Record of uncompromising ethics and integrity.
? BA / BS required. Business or related field preferred.
