The position of Management Information Systems Manager provides configuration, administration, and development for cloud-based Information Systems for all departments. The role reports to the Director of
Management Information Systems & Reporting, but will have direct contact with staff and senior management at
all levels. These systems include:
? Salesforce for Sales, Marketing, & Management
? NetSuite Mid Market ERP for Distribution, Engineering, & Finance
? NetSuite Customer Service & Support with Issue Management for Services & Solutions Engineering
? NetSuite Advanced Projects for Service and our own department.
This is a team role to execute projects for the continued development, operation, maintenance, and
documentation for all of the organization's information systems. This role is responsible for the purchase and
implementation of new software, maintaining databases, and training employees. Duties will include leading all
aspects of the software selection process including: testing, analysis, implementation, and ongoing support.
Provide consistent, accurate, timely, and reconciled reporting to all departments, both scheduled and ad-hoc.
Prepare and oversee production of training materials and conducts training for software/tools as needed.
Specific Must Have Requirements for the job:
? Expert knowledge and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce from both a technical and fundamental
perspective.
? Very familiar with information systems & ERP systems best practices, development methodologies, controls, and
procedures.
? Understanding and experience with functional aspects of accounting, finance, and parts distribution.
? Experience with complex business processes and technical situations.

welcoming other?s perspectives.
? Bachelor?s Degree in a related field of Information Systems, Finance, or Accounting.
? At least 7 years? experience in a highly related or similar role.Version 1.2
