Manager Account Consulting Integra Telecom
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED DescriptionResponsible for the oversight, leadership, and development of the Account Consultant (AC) team who serve as a liaison between Integra Telecom and the managed customer base. The Manager, Account Consulting will ensure customer retention and growth within the department through trainings and implementation of process, procedures and clear communication of initiatives. Monitor, track, and analyze data to ensure goals and group objectives are being met then communicate deliverables to all levels of management. Regularly evaluates and monitors staff activity for the purpose of performance management at required levels to ensure accountability of each service manager. Act as the first level of escalation for the Account Consultant when working through complex customer requests. Fosters communication between departments to help drive customer satisfaction.
?5-7 years working experience in a customer service management role, preferably within the telecommunications field.
?Demonstrated experience managing employees within a service function.
?Working experience in medium to large or high profile customer account management preferably in the communications industry.
?Knowledge of telephony such as voice/data and high capacity products, PBX and telecom billing.
?Requires the ability to coordinate and facilitate trainings to small or large groups and obtain appropriate resources on unfamiliar systems or products for the purpose of ensuring training needs are be met.
?Experience developing and creating productivity reporting.
?Exceptional written and verbal skills which demonstrate techniques in persuasion, selling, negotiation, conflict resolution and customer services.
?Demonstrated experience in the ability to effectively address and resolve complex customer escalations.
?Frequently requires travel to local customer sites for evaluation of employee as well as increasing relations with the customer at a management level.
?Computer skills, including spreadsheets, presentation and word processing programs. Possess knowledge of company processes and organizational structure.
?Care and or Sales management experience within the telecommunications industry.
?Experience using Microsoft Office software programs.
?Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures, or government regulations.
?Experience in managing to a budget and creating reports to reflect production and variance.
?Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
