The Manager of Account Development & Lead Generation is responsible for developing and managing a team of Account Development Representatives. This role will be responsible for giving our Account Development team the tools, resources and coaching necessary to accelerate ramp times and improve overall effectiveness and efficiency. Our ideal candidate will ensure that the Account Development Representatives have the skills, knowledge and overall readiness to successfully achieve their goals in contributing to the health of the overall pipeline.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team based environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem resolution abilities.
Ability to build high performance teams.
Proficient with Salesforce and MS Office applications, including Word, Power Point and Excel.
Bachelor?s degree in Business or related field required.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience for software products and/or services; inside sales experience preferred.
Proven ability to achieve results in within a sales environment.
Previous experience in managing a team is preferred.
Experience with CRM required; Salesforce.com preferred.
Experience selling SaaS-based technology solutions; HR solutions a plus.
Experience managing a tele-marketing or inside sales team.
