Admissions Operations and Data Analysis is responsible for the front of the Independent Business Owner (IBO) supply chain. The admissions Operations manager will work closely with the marketing and sourcing team to drive throughput and process efficiencies for the admissions department. In addition, the manager will be responsible for analytics, defining and implementing new strategies to help keep this side of the business competitive and efficient.
Oversee US & Canadian admissions Independent Business Owner (IBO) pipeline operations.
Daily pipeline monitoring to identify bottlenecks, create and implement appropriate strategies to overcome as needed
Daily/Weekly report out of operational metrics to leadership team (applicant inquiries, process stage review/throughput, etc.)
Develop annual pipeline forecast to meet new clients? Independent Business Owners requests into certification
Assist with preparing admissions annual budget
Define and implement admissions strategies to improve the process (further automation, new tools, etc.)
Achieve the company?s throughput rate and service level requirements
Implementation of marketing strategies to sell the Arise Business Model to prospective Independent Business Owners in the pipeline/funnel
Pipeline management and reporting
Conduct Long-term pipeline analysis to identify bottlenecks, create and implement appropriate strategies i.e. call outs or/and incentives, email reminders
The use of Google Analytics as necessary to monitor trends and effectiveness of new campaigns
Continuous evaluation of current processes i.e. the use of six sigma methodologies, to identify inefficiencies in the process and improve as necessary
Develop annual Independent Business Owner (IBO) surveys to identify the voice of the customer (VOC) and implement new processes as necessary
Frequently work and collaborate closely with the IT team to design and implement new technologies
Work with other stakeholders to execute necessary strategies, identify and resolve challenges/issues as they arise
Field request for demographic data
Miscellaneous studies and reports as required
Participate in new vendor calls/meeting as necessary
Other frequent Ad hoc projects as necessary
Must be operationally focused, data driven, highly analytics with strong business acumen
Bachelor?s degree from an accredited institution required, MBA is a plus
Very strong understanding of process improvement concepts (i.e. six sigma)
Must have ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
2-3 years of operations management experience
Ability to work well with others at all levels
Very strong oral, written, and communication/presentation skills
Advanced skills in MS Office (with a primary focus on Excel)
