Manager, Analytics RecycleBank
The Manager is a leader within the Analytics Team who motivates and grows the team of Analysts while also tackling high-horsepower work. The Manager builds the skillsets of Analysts through the creation and communication of analytical work supporting the organization. Results must be highly polished and suitable for internal and external presentation. The Manager partners with multiple departments, including Product, Client Services, Marketing, Finance, IT, Sales, and Data Management to inform strategic and tactical decision-making. The Manager reports to the Vice President, Analytics.
Day-to-day management of the Analytics team, with the Product and Client Services departments as primary internal client.
Leads, manages, and trains team of 1 Analyst.
Delivers high quality analyses to key stakeholders across the organization:
Maintains an open dialogue with functional counterparts and proactively stays informed of the day-to-day business.
Understands, negotiates, and tests requests so as to gain insight.
Strategizes, prioritizes, plans and executes or delegates work.
Plans and designs new analyses.
Monitors and reviews outgoing work and executes follow-ups.
Prevents conflict and, when necessary, intercedes and resolves.
Drives strategic and foundational initiatives including:
Maintains, enhances, and expands Recyclebank?s core suite of standard reports and interfaces closely with Technical Reporting team.
Identifies and executes against opportunities to enhance the database, including resolution of data inconsistencies.
Tackles ad hoc requests head-on and determines appropriate levels of attention and effort based on competing business needs.

Fast learner of business models, programs, product verticals, and architectures.
5+ years of experience in marketing analysis, financial analysis, accounting, or technical audits.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Sciences, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field required.
Strong experience with building and conducting Financial, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Ad Hoc analyses. Familiarity of accounting practices preferred.
Experience working with and leading teams with track record of success and the career progression of team members / direct reports.
