Manager Business Development Boingo Wireless
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Manager of Business Development will be responsible for the expansion of Boingo?s managed and operated wireless footprint within the Northeast region. The Manager?s main responsibilities will be to: (i) develop a pipeline of opportunities in which to deploy DAS, Wi-Fi and/or Small Cell networks; (ii) negotiate, structure, and sign revenue generating agreements with those venues; (iii) manage and expand existing relationships within assigned territory; (iv) coordinate Boingo?s internal resources to successfully deploy wireless infrastructure.
Market Analysis: Identify venues in which to deploy wireless infrastructure. Determine business, financial and strategic viability of those venues.
Planning: Prioritize deployment opportunities by size and relevance.
Business Development: Establish relationships with venues and complete contract negotiations.
5 to 7+ years of business development, consulting and/or banking experience preferably in the technology, telecom or commercial real estate, with proven record in signing large deals.
Proficient working knowledge of the telecommunications industry & landscape.
Proven track record of communications and people skills.
Ability to manage multiple contract negotiations and relationships simultaneously.
Possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and self-management driven by results.
Ability to think quickly and analytically (critical thinker).
Proficient in presentation skills, MS Excel, Power Point, Word.
Bachelor degree required.
Willingness to travel a must.
