Manager, Business Development, Real Estate ExteNet Systems

The primary areas of focus for the Manager of Business Development will be to direct all aspects of the organization?s business development policies, objectives and key initiatives related to real estate i.e. Commercial Office, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Indoor Distributed Networks. Responsibilities will include defining target customers, analyzing business opportunities, conducting presentations, contract negotiations and cultivating customer relationships.
Have the appropriate interpersonal and communication skills to persuade prospective clients to accept our services.
Possess the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing with key executives.
Be willing to travel, often with short notice.
Good understanding of the nomenclature and nuisances associated with the aforementioned Real Estate
Have knowledge in evaluating, pricing, designing, deploying and operating Indoor Distributed Networks.
Understand key differentiators between licensed and unlicensed technologies and protocols.
Be able to differentiate between the ExteNet solution and other competing offerings, highlighting the distinguishing features of both.
Become conversant with new licensed and unlicensed wireless technology.
Present willingness to perform tasks beyond standard goals and objectives.
Manage and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines while also highlighting risks and implementing contingency plans.
Have the ability to inspire, motivate and understand colleagues.
Work closely with Carrier Sales in assessing and identifying opportunities.
Possess an energetic, positive and assertive attitude.
Present the ability to relate and gain the respect of cross functional teams.
Demonstrate drive, enthusiasm and creativity while making major contributions towards the continuing success of ExteNet Systems, Inc.
Hold the highest standards of integrity in all dealings with others.
Identify, pursue and assess Real Estate assets that will expand our existing customer base.
Play a key role in the planning, marketing and selling of ExteNet services.
Understand the economic objectives of our business, including the pricing methodology, the concepts and fundamentals.
Education: Bachelor?s degree from accredited College or University.
Real Estate license preferred but not required.
Possess multi-level relationships with key stakeholders in Real Estate.
Sales and Business Development skills.
Strong presentation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
5 years? experience in either the wireless industry or real estate.
