Job Description
The Manager of Business Development Services will provide support to a C-suite executive and act as a liaison between clients, executive, and delivery teams. This position will provide administrative support on a global level throughout every stage of the sales cycle and delivery duration. This will be accomplished by working closely with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure positive client relationships, efficient operations and timely deliveries.

-BA/BS required; advanced degree a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Executive Support
o Provide administrative support to busy C-Suite executive in an international setting
o Coordinate meetings, manage calendar across multiple time zones
o Manage busy travel schedule
o Ensure that internal personnel are apprised of executive activity, as necessary
o Monitor status of key projects, maintain timeliness of internal and external deliverables
o Create and maintain department lists and metrics, project roadmaps and executive dashboards
-Sales Support
o Administrative management of all stages of the sales cycle
o Liaise with Clients, Operations & Delivery Teams on current and potential projects
o Collaborate with Inside Sales team to develop and process new sales leads; secure and coordinate sales meetings for executive
o Coordinate meeting prep and follow-up, including managing presentation of marketing materials and contract negotiation administration
o Develop positive working relationships with clients; provide status updates as requested
o Manage correspondence between executive and clients
o Monitor client accounts and projects, proactively assist in resolving client issues
o Communicate client issues to relevant stakeholders within the organization
o Manage Salesforce CRM by updating opportunities and leads in executive pipeline; provide sales reports and data to inform decision-making
o Gather and analyze client feedback, conduct performance tracking of new and existing business growth strategy implementation
o In conjunction with Marketing, ensure presence at and participation in industry trade shows and publications
-Operational/People Management
o Facilitate communication with delivery team heads across all levels of the organization and on multiple continents
o Liaise daily with offshore delivery teams; distill their reports and provide daily updates to executive on items requiring her attention
o Track project setup and implementation; provide succinct reports to executive and clients on status of new projects
o Monitor the status of active engagements, ensure timeliness of external deliverables
o Monitor escalation processes and incident management systems in order to efficiently and quickly react to service availability and quality issues
o Exercise strong judgment and diplomacy in management of interdivisional relationships
o Ensure that internal stakeholders have the resources and information they need to successfully complete projects to client satisfaction
o Provide recommendations to executive team on optimization and streamlining of existing operations; assist in the development of industry leading processes and procedures
o Function as an active member of and contributor to the Sales Team, and support other team members across company's legal verticals on projects as necessary
