In this role, the Campaign Data Operations Manager will own critical day-to-day functions that are the foundation for which Cardlytics is built upon. These functions all rely on ?big data? and focus on how we reward our consumers and invoice our clients. The candidate will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of technical resources throughout the organization. The candidate will be very comfortable manipulating massive data sets in addition to running an operation that has daily accountability to hitting goals and timelines. The ideal Campaign Data Operations Manager is one who loves the art and challenge of taming wild data into an elegant end product that can be managed without incident or fanfare.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of data analysts that are manipulating large amounts of data that are used throughout the business
Work with multiple customers to prioritize and deliver on key needs and requests
Drive improvements in current processes to increase scale, efficiency, and accuracy
Implement new processes that are required for a rapidly growing business
Qualifications
Must have a detailed understanding of Microsoft SQL and how to manipulate large data sets
Must have proven experience in developing and implementing data rich processes that require Microsoft SQL
Must have a proven background in managing data rich processes that require daily execution
Organization and time management skills: Operates independently with minimal guidance by management
Problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
