Position Summary
In order to manage dramatic growth, we are adding to our team Manager level individuals to help drive and catalyze greater success with our key customers.
As a Manager, Client Services, you will use Market6 applications as a platform to deploy high-profile supply chain improvement, retail execution, and category management insights. You will accomplish this by working with customer account teams to realize significant performance improvements.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage deployment of Market 6 application deployments
Work in tandem with customer project management and executive teams to enable successful delivery and further adoption of Market6 products
Collaboratively work with company operations and IT development teams to ensure customer milestones are met on-time and on-budget
Baseline customer performance
Measure ongoing effectiveness of deployment adoption, conformance, and performance results. Take corrective action with internal development teams and customers
Process and organizational changes required to improve customer supply chains and retail execution
Collect, analyze, and synthesize performance data to realize and demonstrate bottom-line impact with customers.
Deliver results of initiatives to customer senior executive teams
Requirements
Effective verbal, written and presentations skills and experience.
Ability to analyze and synthesize POS data, shipments, and other large resources of data into meaningful insights and conclusions
3 - 5 years of account management experience delivering business impact to customers through technology
MBA preferred or relevant experience
