As the Manager of Clinical Content Review, you?ll be the gateway between multiple internal clients (editorial, ad sales, product development, program management) and internal and external clinical review resources, partnering closely with our Clinical Content Director and our Chief Medical Officer.
Manage the workflow of clinical content from stakeholders to clinical reviewers.
Manage the quantity of review for our Clinical Content Director.
Complete clinical reviews as needed and when appropriate.
Assist in creating and nurturing a multi-disciplinary Advisory Board populated with key specialists.
Assist in establishing standards of sourcing and references.
Helps source and align specific external clinical review resources with special projects.
Generate and socialize reports on the overall quality of our clinical content.
Assist in brainstorming on editorial strategy.
Act as lead in house consultant on the needs of patient after care content.
Manage the budget for external clinical reviewers.
Special projects as needed.
3-5 years experience on the frontlines of patient care in a hospital, ER, or multi-discipline clinic setting.
Experience with patient-facing health content.
Exceptional analytical, research, writing and editing skills, including ability to check and confirm scientific facts and prepare final, edited documents for publication with little or no supervision.
Experience with AP style, and common health/medical citation formats
Creative, passionate self-starter with sophisticated organizational skills and serious attention to detail.
Able to be an ambassador for Healthline to customers, partners, and prospects.
Practicing clinician with a BA Nursing Degree or equivalent.
