Manager, Consumer Marketing Boingo Wireless

As Manager of Consumer Marketing, you will develop and manage the Boingo brand across all consumer facing touch points for both the Retail Wi-Fi and Broadband product lines. You will serve as a passionate advocate of the consumer experience and ensure that every touch point resonates the Boingo brand personality.
? Define customer segmentation and generate marketing campaigns for varied consumer audiences to be delivered through lifecycle email campaigns, social media, corporate web site, online sales tools and other communications vehicles
? Develop 360 degree view of the customer, mapping all touch point opportunities and developing programs to ensure outstanding customer/brand experience
? Serve as a Customer Experience/Brand champion within the organization, with the key deliverable of improving Net Promoter Score (NPS). Implement NPS measurement and track ongoing.
? Oversee all churn reduction initiatives, including product engagement, customer communication, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) analysis, loyalty programs, partnerships, value-added services, Save Queue training, tools, and tracking, and Save Offer strategy
? Collaborate with Consumer Marketing team to define positioning of Boingo?s consumer-facing products
? Manage creative development, production, delivery and installation of all venue signage/awareness materials.
? Develop new ways to advance our understanding of our customers and market; assist with market research as necessary
? Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations or a related major; MBA a plus
? Minimum of five years of experience high profile corporate communications, marketing communications or public relations positions; consumer experience a plus
? Must be able to demonstrate business planning skills, including forecasting, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) analysis, campaign tracking and analysis, and consumer research
? Experience in working with various social media channels to support corporate strategies
? You are fanatical about developing and delivering outstanding customer experiences and a passionate brand ambassador
? Experience with marketing automation tools and email platforms a plus
? Experience in subscription business model, with experience building loyalty/churn reduction programs a plus
? You enjoy working as part of a team to hit ambitious goals.
