VISANOW seeks a talented, ambitious, and integrity-driven Corporate Inside Sales Manager to manage, develop and build the best sales department in the market. This individual will have excellent employee management skills, strategic vision, highly consultative sales skills, and have a passion for immigration. This individual will also possess extensive knowledge in different sales techniques, tactics, strategies, and vision. He/she will have proven to have managed previous sales employees to revenue goal achievement and career success. This individual has been a model employee and manager in prior positions. This unique career opportunity will allow you to work in a fast-paced technology environment with high profile clients such as Dow Jones & Company, American Airlines, Twitter and the Chicago Blackhawks.
Qualifications and requirements:
3 to 5 years of minimum experience in managing sales professionals in a business-to-business inside sales model
Previous experience managing a sales team of at least 8 employees
Must have prior experience and documented results as a cold-calling sales representative and manager
Must be highly organized and detail oriented to manage day-to-day duties of employees and teams within VISANOW?s Application reports and CRM reports
Must be able to work in multi-tasking fashion
Must have experience training sales professionals
Must have strong planning abilities to forecast pipeline and future prospecting needs
Strong ability to present value proposition via phone and in person
Strong ability to present proprietary technology applications and computer software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary
Selling to HR professionals a plus
Selling a professional service a plus
Other duties/responsibilities include:
Update weekly and monthly sales reports
Provide coaching for the sales team
Develop training material
Following up with clients for referrals
Answering client general/non-technical questions
Working with the Legal Services group to help ensure high level of service
Training clients on use of our system and setting their expectations
Compensation includes a base salary of $65k annually, plus bonus structure. Plus a competitive benefits plan: including medical, dental, life, disability, paid time off and a company matched 401(k) plan.
