This is a critical role to the Acquisition Marketing team at Sunrun. You will be responsible for Customer & Employee Engagement marketing?particularly Referral Marketing designed to generate leads into the organization from existing customers and employees. You will be the primary gatekeeper for all email marketing that includes executing monthly customer and lead newsletters, promotional emails and one off communications. The right candidate will have both an intuitive and analytical understanding of consumer behavior that will serve as the backbone to create and execute a robust customer referral program that will be primarily executed through email marketing. This role will also be responsible for reporting performance and analytics for the Acquisition Team across a wide variety of direct response channels.
Capabilities
?Minimum 3-5+ years experience in a B2C environment
?Adept understanding of either Marketo or Eloqua
?Data and performance analytics analysis across multiple channels including email
?Prior experience with customer segmentation and referral/engagement program is a must, and lead nurturing and conversion experience is key.
?Creative thinking and an ability to write genius copy
?A knack for understanding and analyzing metrics
?A high degree of ?tech savvy? is imperative
?Salesforce or comparable CRM fluency
Responsibilities
?Manage execution of our customer referral / loyalty program
?Manage all email marketing communications to the customer including Lead Nurturing, Customer and Lead Newsletters and One Offs Promotions.
?Interface with Customer Experience team to ensure a stellar customer experience
?Analytics savvy ? can manage to a dashboard, creatively uncover what the numbers say
?Drive hard-hitting creative; Manage agency or freelance team in creative execution
?Create and populate program dashboards
?Understand the basics of web design, development and programming in order to help direct the creative, design and engineering teams
