Description
To help with the tremendous growth that we have recently witnessed in our data products, we are looking for a customer friendly business leader to join our product management team to help us with the following:
Talk to ZoomInfo Customers, Users and Prospects to better understand their needs.
Work with sales team; Assist with pre-sales and attend customer calls as data expert.
Uncover opportunities to sell more data and services to existing customers.
Analyze and understand the composition of our data and products.
Segment the market and define user profiles.
Propose and participate in building technical solutions to optimize our data extraction process.
Define product packaging and pricing for each segment.
Work with Sales and R&D on product changes if such are required.
Through customer interaction and customer research, identify opportunities for renewable revenue products offerings.
You will be measured by your impact on data revenue growth and profitability.
Desired Requirements
BA/BS or equivalent; Engineering, science or analytical background and/or an MBA is a big plus.
Past experience working with Professional Services, Sales Engineering or Consulting organizations is plus
Proven track record interacting with customers to establish needs and defining products and services, preferably in the software industry.
A hands-on understanding of technologies to manipulate data files will be required.
Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with a take charge attitude and ability to think outside of the box.
Collaborative, team-oriented work style with proven ability to work well cross functionally with Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams.
