Manager, Database Marketing and Marketing Operations
As the Manager Database Marketing and Operations at Trulia, you'll be responsible for leading quatitative marketing and anlytics projects that drive revenue growth for Trulia's largest business â€" the marketplace business. Responsibilities will include overseeing Trulia's customer and prospect database using a deep understanding of marketing analtyics, customer segmentation and predictive modeling techniques. Through testing and iteration, your work will directly increase performance of Trulia's sales and marketing campaigns.
Trulia's Database and Operations leader acts as a project manager for our data science and data warehousing teams, driving a roadmap that enriches the quality of the marketing database while building the engine for Trulia's demand generation efforts. You'll work closely with sales operations to implement scoring models, customer segmenation and lead generation strategies. Additionally, you'll manange the flow of information and insights into Trulia's sales team through marketing automation and CRM systems.
We are seeking someone who is highly analytical with a deep understanding of the use of data and testing for marketing anaysis. The ability work directly in the database (you're not afraid of SQL) and leverage analytic tools is a must. The ideal candidate will also have strong project management skills and the ability to manage the implemenation and rollout of sales and marketing facing marketing analytics and demand generation tools.
BA/BS degree required: Graduate degree or equivalent experience in technical field preferred.
