As the Manager of Demand Generation and Marketing Analytics, you will be responsible for the smart strategy, tight execution and thoughtful impact analysis of global events, digital nurture, advertising, sales campaigns and webinars. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Marketing, this role functions at the heart of the Steelwedge marketing organization, as a lynchpin between marketing and sales. The Demand Management and Marketing Analytics Manager ensures: the lead flow infrastructure; demand generation programs and systems; lead handoff to sales; and marketing funnel impact analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Demand Management Programs: lead strategy, content development, execution and measurement for industry events and digital demand programs including webinars, nurture programs, sales campaigns, social media advertising
Marketing Systems Management: Set the strategy and own or manage the development, maintenance and extension of systems for demand generation including:
Marketo: Drive webinar, event and outbound/nurture campaign content, tracking and reporting; create website landing pages, manage and track form fills and activity alerts to sales team; manage and maintain database; own reporting and analytics on overall marketing effectiveness
Salesforce.com: ensure synchrony with Marketo. Manage the lead qualification and inside sales assignments. Support process creation and system usage by the team. Monitor and refine lead processes and metrics to ensure efficient qualification and hand-off to sales
Build internal relationships with key constituents, including Sales, Product and Marketing teams and supporting vendors
Own program management from vendor research and contract negotiation to event logistics and internal prep and follow up
Work closely with sales on defining campaign goals, themes and priorities
Recommend new tools and systems as required to scale the team
Manage, train and engage data analyst to support lead qualification and database/system optimization.
Five plus years of stellar experience in marketing or sales, preferably in enterprise software.
Ability to understand and get excited about Supply Chain business issues and/or SaaS technologies is a marked advantage
Track record of innovative, frame-breaking demand generation success
Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ambidextrous in uncovering inspiration from systems and team mates alike
Analytic: can think equally well on your feet as within a spreadsheet
Earned a Bachelor?s degree; but as passionate about continual learning as you are about teaching
