Description
This position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing. You will administer and manage the Salesforce CRM application (SFDC) for Marketing. You will coordinate with your Eloqua and web team counterparts to assess and manage database health, optimize lead flow, accurately measure marketing campaign engagement, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and the ROI of all marketing activities. You will also coordinate with other Salesforce.com administrators in the Sales and Support organizations to build and maintain a cohesive system.
Responsibilities
Produce standardized reports to support our core marketing functions and executive management team in making data-driven decisions. Assess potential changes to align SFDC and other internal systems/databases with business requirements. Assess the system and business impact a process change might have and guide process definitions accordingly. Consult with Marketing management to analyze and understand user needs, objectives, desired features, and input and output requirements. Provide end-user instruction, training and support to resolve application issues. Manage Service Requests with SFDC Support. Share responsibility for overall database health (data completeness, standardization, validation etc.).
Required Qualifications:
2?5 years experience working with SFDC.

Experience with DemandTools, PeopleImport, Dupeblocker and other tools is a plus
Demonstrated experience performing business analysis for Salesforce.com feature enhancements and troubleshooting.
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users at all levels.
Certifications a plus, e.g. SFDC Certified, PMP, CBAP, MBA
BS and/or equivalent work experience and education
