Highly-motivated, results-driven person who will be responsible for supporting the Vice President of Digital Planning and sales teams by managing the pre-sales efforts across a group of key clients. This is a player/coach position with day-to-day responsibilities that include providing audience recommendations for digital media campaigns, creating internal project requests, maintaining internal reports, and running audience sizing and measurement feasibility requests. This person will be passionate about learning, and have deep experience in advertising, marketing and digital media. This person works very closely with the VP of Digital Planning, other members of the Digital Planning team, and members of the sales, solutions and delivery management teams; which span Consumer Products, Automotive, Retail and Digital Media. This person will manage a small team and be responsible for strategic product recommendations and improving the operations and execution of all Digital Planning internal and external deliverables.
Primary responsibilities include:
Strategic product recommendations based on a client?s audience/marketing objectives
Managing 1-2 Associates and overseeing their daily performance and career growth
Leading select department operation efforts to continuously improve and streamline core function areas
Internal and external consultation for implementing and optimizing digital campaigns
Work in CRM system to implement, track and monitor digital campaign
Work with Digital Planning team and Marketing Staff on deriving insights from product usage and campaign results to create thought leadership pieces
Work with team to manage and archive all custom audience sizing requests and measurement feasibility requests
Skills and Qualifications
BA/BS in business (marketing), advertising or media discipline
7+ years experience in digital marketing with deep knowledge of data and targeting practices and online media
7+ years of project management experience and proven ability to optimize process
2+ years of managing direct reports
Proficient understanding of statistical concepts, such as correlation analysis, regression analysis and statistical significance
Excellent organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to think and act in an innovative and creative way
Solid verbal, interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams and be flexible within a fast-paced and changing environment
Understanding of Automotive, Consumer Products and/or Retail industries a plus
